Designing and product development process at A.B. Enterprises

Designing Process

Design and patterns of products are created in this initial stage. We have a dedicated team for designing, pattern making, and developing products. Once this process is complete, manufacturing begins.

Production Process

For Metal Products (Brass, Cast Iron, Aluminum)

  • Sand Casting by Hand

  • Filing, Grinding, Drilling, Lathe, Milling, Taping, Lancer & Power Press Machines – convert raw casting into standard form.

  • Shot Blasting Machine – cleans and removes grind marks from cast iron products.

  • Tumbling Machine – polishes and gives shine to iron products.

  • Finishing Plant – polishing and finishing in Copper Antique, Brass Antique, Pewter, Antique Oil, Chrome, Nickel, Gold, and more.

  • Electrostatic Lacquer Machine – applies protective lacquer coating.

  • Powder Coating Machines – durable color finishes (Black, Brown, White, Matte Textures).

For Ceramic Products (Handicrafts & Knobs)

  • Collection & Composition – mixing natural stones and clays to make ceramic mud.

  • Grinding of Ceramic Mud – ball mill machine for refining.

  • Drying, Filtering & Grinding Again – to achieve smooth consistency.

  • Die Press Machine – molding for ceramic knobs and decorative items.

  • Surfacing (1st Round) – hand surfacing with water to smoothen.

  • Initial Firing – 800–900Β°C in tunnel kiln.

  • Surfacing (2nd Round) – further smoothing after firing.

  • Hand Painting – artisan hand-painted designs.

  • Transparent Glazing – protective glaze solution applied.

  • Final Firing – 1100–1200Β°C for 24 hours in tunnel kiln.

Packaging Process

We use multiple packaging methods to ensure safe global delivery and also develop customized packaging as per buyer requirements:

  • Export-quality polybags

  • Plain white & brown boxes

  • Description headers on polybags & boxes

  • Bubble polybags

  • Barcode labels (provided by buyers)

  • Customized branded boxes

  • Strip and clamp sealing for large cartons

After packaging, goods are stocked in warehouses and made export-ready.
